Online Sales Productions is a privately held corporation owned by Bethany Detrich. Ms. Detrich trains and consults for hundreds of clients from small businesses to large corporations and universities.

Bethany Detrich has over 20 years experience in sales, sales management and training. She currently runs Online Sales Productions, a nine-year-old customer focused company that specializes in equipping customers and their sales and management teams with high performance tools to compete in rapidly changing and competitive environments.  

Her background includes field sales and sales management in business-to-business sales of high technology products and services including developing a distributor sales organization with responsibility and management for over 300 sales agents. 

She has developed and provided training for field sales, sales management and marketing management in the United States and internationally, utilizing the most technologically advanced methods of training and competency development. Online Sales Productions specializes in Custom Course Development, Instructor Led Training, Management Development Training, and Sales Problem Solving.

Bethany has a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Tech University. She is a frequent instructor in the Executive and Management Development Department of the Cox School of Business at SMU. She currently teaches Managing High Performance Salespeople at SMU. 

Online Sales Productions is certified by the Women’s Business Council – Southwest, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council as a minority-owned business and as a historically underutilized business with the State of Texas.
